RONA Kapuskasing is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Yard Attendant.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong work ethic, organization, and the ability to work outdoors in all seasons.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating a forklift (experience required)

• Clearing and organizing skids

• Keeping the yard clean, safe, and accessible

• Assisting customers with loading yard materials

• Unloading deliveries and placing product correctly

• Assisting with deliveries as required

• Ensuring products are accurately labelled and accessible

• Providing accurate inventory counts to store staff

• Maintaining safe, organized storage areas

• Occasionally assisting in-store with front-end sales associate duties as required

Requirements:

✔ Forklift experience
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
✔ Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
✔ Basic understanding of construction, lumber, and building materials
✔ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
✔ Strong attention to organization and safety
✔ Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed

This role involves significant outdoor duties and physical work.
