Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a deep knowledge of the city streets, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Taxi Driver or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the town of Kapuskasing and surrounding areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
